Pet Friendly

At Parkwood Highlands, pets are considered family and we welcome cats and dogs into our Pet Friendly community, with some reasonable restrictions.

Apartment Buildings 1 & 5:
Maximum of 1 cat, or 1 dog
25 lb weight restriction

Townhome Buildings 6 & 7:
Maximum of 1 cat, or 1 dog
50 lb weight restriction

Some breed restrictions apply for dogs. Exotic pets are not permitted.
